Jewelry Care

As part of the natural aging process, Sterling Silver can tarnish and Brass can patina with time. While some find beauty in the aging process of silver and brass, any unwanted tarnishing can be polished away with a jewelry polishing cloth. You can enjoy the aging of your piece, or keep it looking new for years to come by storing it away from moisture, sunlight and harsh chemicals, and occasionally cleaning your piece with a jewelry polishing cloth.

 Repairs

We hope that you will treat your Lou Jewels piece with love and care, and wear it all the time! If you purchased your piece directly from us, we are happy to help with repairs. Fees may be required depending on the repair that is needed. Please contact me at Shannon@myloujewels.com for further assistance.

If you purchased your piece from another retailer, please contact that stockist in regards to repairs. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are damaged. For exchanges, please contact me at Shannon@myloujewels.com.

Sale items are final and non refundable.

Shipping

All jewelry is made to order unless otherwise stated as ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks (2-3 weeks for mobiles) for the handmade creation of your piece, prior to shipping. We will notify you once your item has shipped. For international orders, any taxes or  fees at customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
